On the top floor of the Council, the Bagmati Gallery (still in its formative stage), houses the permanent collection of the Council and displays in rotation, the traditional arts, Paubhas, Thangkas and portraits, original works of contemporary Nepali artists as well as reproductions of contemporary art by master artists from around the world.
